This training program features 6 small group sessions. Babies welcome as you safely regain strength and confidence in your fitness journey.

Cancellation Policy
Notes: • All packages must be paid in full before starting. • Prices are per participant. Small Groups can be up to 4 participants. • Partner Package - both participants must be together at every session. If a person cannot attend, that person will lose the credit for that session. • Group training package is non-refundable and must be used within the expiration term barring illness/injury that prevents timely usage; unused sessions will be forfeited. • Sessions must start and end on time. Members starting late will not be given additional time. • Group training sessions cannot be transferred to another member. CANCELLATION POLICY 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Cancelations within 24 hours will result in 100% charge of the session
